A collaboration between NDT Development and NSN Hospitality, N’AMO has become the new go-to spot for seafood enthusiasts and culinary adventurers in the Hamptons. Inspired by the allure of the sea, the restaurant’s name, N’AMO, symbolizes a commitment to the ocean’s bounty and sustainable culinary practices. Located in the heart of Montauk’s fishing village, the restaurant includes indoor dining and a picturesque marina deck where boaters can dock and dine.

Dane Sayles and Piero Zangarini are the visionaries behind N’AMO. The pair of talented operational managers are known for their exceptional food and beverage services at renowned establishments such as Si Si, Sunset Harbor, and Enchante. Their passion and creativity has deliver yet another outstanding culinary experience this summer on the South Fork.

The menu showcases seafood sourced both locally and from the finest locations around the world. Each dish is prepared with minimalistic techniques to highlight the natural essence of the ingredients. A highlight is the daily whole fish and seafood selection. The menu extends beyond seafood and includes delicious handmade pastas, such as Dungeness Crab Ravioli with saffron butter, english peas, and crab oil and Garmigne Verde with Romagna sausage ragu. Carne offerings include Dry Aged Bone Ribeye with fried potatoes, and Chicken Radiator with crispy shallots and broccoli rabe. The Sesame Parker Rolls with mascarpone oregano butter and sea salt are also not to be missed.

The impressive dessert menu includes the delicious Tiramisu Baked Alaska, Miso Sesame Chocolate Torta, and house made gelato and sorbet.

The popular venue boasts an impressive wine list and cocktail list, including delightful spritzes like the Amalfy Spritz made with Absolut, limoncello, and Italian Prosecco.
