Set atop the dunes overlooking the Atlantic, Marram is a 96-room boutique retreat defined by a quiet, elemental sense of luxury. This summer, the property deepens its core ethos with a thoughtfully curated series of partnerships and programming centered on ritual and intentional living. The soulful property isn’t interested in packing your days. It’s interested in deepening them.
This summer, Marram’s evergreen programming returns, with oceanfront yoga in the mornings led by favorite local instructors including Ashley McGee, intuitive tarot readings by Tarot Tauk, and evening bonfires with complimentary s’mores. Private and group surf lessons are also available through Engstrom Surf, catering to all experience levels. The Engstrom team, comprised of world-class surfers and coaches, live and breathe the ocean and offer an authentic connection to the area’s enduring surf culture.
At the center of it all is Mostrador, the on-property counter service South American café from celebrated Chef Fernando Trocca and restaurateur Martín Pittaluga, whose market-driven “counter” evolves throughout the day. What begins with irresistible morning pastries and coffee transitions seamlessly into a relaxed, open-air dining experience, where seasonal produce, local seafood, simply prepared meats, and freshly baked goods are paired with craft cocktails from breakfast through sunset.

This season, a new wave of programming builds on Marram’s ethos of intentional, slow travel. This July and August, the property’s bestselling Beachfront Balcony Suite transforms into the Onia Suite, an immersive expression of coastal living. The experience includes an in-room lending wardrobe of cotton chiffon and silk blend pareos, alongside linen knit tote bags designed for morning strolls into town and relaxed beach picnics. Each stay also includes a signature linen look from Onia for guests to keep, an extension of the experience beyond the stay.
Throughout June, in honor of International Surf Day on June 20, Marram introduces She Swells, a women-centered surf-and-stay experience created in partnership with Engstrom Surf, sustainable swim brand Ansea, and the Surfrider Foundation. Guests receive surf lessons from the Engstrom team, access to a curated wetsuit lending program, and ready-to-wear resort apparel from Ansea designed for a seamless transition from ocean to evening. The She Swells Fireside Chat Series hosts intimate conversations throughout the month on wave technique, marine conservation, and the evolution of women’s surf culture. As Montauk’s only Surfrider Foundation-certified Ocean Friendly Hotel, a portion of proceeds from each booking goes directly to support ocean conservation.

Beginning in May, heritage-grade matcha purveyor MAKE Matcha takes up residence at Mostrador for the season. Working with small independent farms in Japan under the guidance of a level 10-dan tea master, MAKE brings a craft-focused approach to the daily ritual. Two new menu offerings debut this summer: the MAKE Matcha Sunrise, a bright citrus-forward latte, and the MAKE Matcha Sunset, a fresh cocktail, both inspired by Marram’s signature orange. On Mondays, guests who join the morning yoga session receive a complimentary matcha post-practice.
That sense of intention extends to the resort’s creative workshop lineup. Marram introduces candle painting sessions in partnership with Hotel Lobby Candle, Lindsay Silberman’s hospitality-inspired luxury candle brand, inviting guests to hand-paint their own candles and take home an artisanal keepsake that carries the scent and memory of their stay. Later this summer, a collaboration with local favorite Montauk General Store will pair the resort’s barefoot luxury with the shop’s carefully considered selection of high-quality goods.
Back by popular demand, the SWAROVSKI OPTIK x Marram Marine Program returns for another season, using the brand’s cutting-edge binoculars and the stationary ST Vista scope to bring Montauk’s coastal ecosystem into sharp relief with expert-guided insights into the wildlife and landscape just beyond the shoreline.
Marram will also be teaming up with local favorite Montauk General Store for a collaboration debuting later this summer, pairing the resort’s barefoot luxury with the shop’s curation of high-quality goods.

“We believe the greatest luxury we can offer our guests is a meaningful connection to the present moment,” said Philip Cham, Director of Hospitality at Bridgeton. “By centering this season around the concept of ritual, we are leaning into the laid-back, soulful essence of Montauk. These partnerships allow us to curate a stay that is both elevated and grounding, transforming daily activities like surfing or morning tea into moments of true discovery at the end of the world.”

Located alongside Shadmoor State Park and a short bike ride from Camp Hero, Marram is the kind of place where a morning surf lesson, a matcha, and a bonfire at dusk feels like exactly enough. Rates start at $1,600 per night for peak season stays + resort fees and taxes.
