This summer, there are plenty of pop-ups and exclusive fitness classes, guaranteeing a fitness experience rivaling any Manhattan studio. Hamptons hotels, frequented by VIPs and A-Listers alike, are gearing up to get you in top shape, providing an array of the fitness industry’s finest and fiercest sessions. And who knows? You may find yourself rubbing elbows with the stars. Prepare to go from barre to bar (or bar to barre, whatever works), and to reboot and refresh.

Here’s a roundup of the finest fitness classes to give you a dose of what you and your body need most.

SLT

This full-body, results-oriented iconic fitness hotspot already boasts thousands of dedicated clients. A true staple on the NYC fitness scene, SLT is a challenging, high intensity, low-impact workout unlike any other. Through a combination of cardio, strength training, and Pilates, SLT gives you the results you’ve always wanted. It’s a challenging and fun experience for those who flock out east in the summer and want to maintain their beach bod at all times.

Classes consist of 50 minutes of incremental, slow movements, fast transitions, constant core-engagement, and killer music. Its small class size allows for a more hands-on, individualized experience. The iconic fitness staple has two locations for your choosing: Southampton and East Hampton.

Tracy Anderson Method

Want to work out like Gwyneth Paltrow? Well, now you can take classes straight from the source with fitness instructor Tracy Anderson. Best known for her high-intensity dance cardio routines, and as the mastermind behind the sculpted physiques of celebs and A-Listers, expect to work up a sweat.

The beauty of the Tracy Anderson Method is that it gives people everywhere access to the same training as her celebrity clientele. What was once her own members-only studio is now open year-round (with locations in Water Mill and East Hampton) to all, with private training sessions and classes for those interested.

The BARN SoulCycle

Come to The BARN in Bridgehampton for a fitness experience to rival any CitiBike. The studio is equipped with plenty of bikes, an accelerated check-in experience, and an exclusive retail collaboration. The studio will also be bringing its SoulAnnex concept to BARN, set to offer private training sessions.

New York Pilates

If you’re looking for something more hard than hot (or both, because why not), look no further than the New York Pilates Montauk pop-up. Heather Andersen, founder of New York Pilates, is nothing short of charisma, energy, and passion. Oh—and her playlist of badass tunes is just what one needs to fight the resistance and feel the hot burn.

Said to be the hardest Pilates class, this Manhattan favorited work out, and apparently the coolest thing to happen to Pilates, gives you a beach body worthy of a picturesque setting of you diving into Hamptons ocean waves, bikini on and chic surfboard in hand. Yes, it is that amazing.
