This summer, Wölffer Estate Vineyardpresents “Grilling with Roman” — a three-part series of fiery food and wines featuring acclaimed NYC chefs and grilling styles from around the globe. The 2019’s Grilling with Roman series kicks off with Roman Roth teaming up with beloved chef Jacques Gautier of Palo Santo. Bringing a taste of Latin America with a little Caribbean flare, Jacques and Roman, longtime friends, will put on a show behind the grill making this one flame-filled asado to remember.
July 11
For one joyous evening, join Roman Roth and Joey Wölffer, in collaboration with Cherry Bombe, for a celebration of dynamic grilling and female chefs. Kia Damon, of Lalito, will be serving up an out-of-this-world dinner alongside friends Elizabeth Karmel, serious grill-master, and YossyArefi, who can bake on a grill like no other, showing us there is nothing you can’t make on a grill.
