Well, it’s time: Get ready for another season in the Hamptons. Although we can’t tell you all the gossip and adventures this summer has in store, we can fill you in on what new restaurants are sure to be the go-to hot spots of 2024. Scroll through our list to see what places you should be making reservations at and where to see and be seen this summer.
N’AMO Seafood & Raw Bar

Dane Sayles and Piero Zangarini, the independent contractors who have so far provided us with the amazing food and beverage services at Si Si, Sunset Harbor and Enchante, are giving us another special this summer: N’AMO Seafood & Raw Bar in Montauk. We haven’t been yet, but just looking at their seafood & Italian inspired menu, we are already hooked.
N’AMO Restaurant & Bar, 474 W Lake Dr Montauk, NY
LDV’s restaurant @ the Maidstone

La Dolce Vita Hospitality, more lovingly known as LVD and the group who brought you Scarpetta Beach and the James Hotel, will be taking over management of the Maidstone hotel and its food and beverage program this summer. LVD founder, John Meadow can’t wait to open the 125 seat restaurant with seating indoors and in the outdoor garden space, and we are just as excited (if not more so…)

Uno Mas Southampton

Opening June 2024, Hamptons Restauranteur and Co-Owner Jess Gouws will be bringing excellent Mexican food and the best tequila to this upcoming hot spot. The star of the menu will be the Tijuana style crispy taco and the full bar will serve chic, photo-worthy cocktails.

Monte’s at the Manor

Monte’s at the Manor opened without a lot of fuss last July, so we’ve decided to announce it’s back in Montauk and give it the press it truly deserves, I mean it is after all a favorite of Julianne Moore, Naomi Watts, and Billy Crudip. There is also the fact that the Monte family is legendary in the hospitality business, starting when great grandfather Monte opened a grocery store in Brooklyn in the late 1880s. Fast forward to today and three generations later and they have their own famed red sauce available nationwide and, of course, their A-list and quality Italian restaurant out East.
Monte’s at the Manor, 236 Edgemere St, Montauk, NY
Seven Beach Lane in Westhampton

Get ready to have a new place to stay out East: Seven Beach Lane is opening as a boutique hotel that promises to bring a mix of modern luxury and historic charm (a promise we have no doubt it will deliver). The hotel will also offer delicious seasonal inspired cuisine to enjoy poolside, gardenside, or in the comfort of your cozy room. The only caveat: there are only sixteen rooms, so if you want the full experience, we recommend you book ASAP.

Owner and creator, Michelin star Chef Isidori has decided to bring his culinary talent to Bridgehampton, where he spent the early part of his career. The restaurant will feature a rustic vibe – think 90’s hip hop and “old school” red sauce classics. Reservations will be available via on Resy so we recommend booking ASAP.
