On August 12th, Nikki On The Daily hosted an inspiring event, “EMPOWERED MOVEMENT with DanceBody,” at The Clubhouse in East Hampton. The event focused on the four pillars of strength—physical, mental, emotional, and financial—through an engaging panel discussion, a dynamic DanceBody class, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.
The centerpiece of the event was a 35-minute panel discussion titled “Unity in Movement,” featuring top wellness experts from the Hamptons. Moderated by Nicole Teitler, founder of Nikki On The Daily, the panel included DanceBody co-founder and COO Courtnay Mariani, Barnyard Fitness founder and CEO Brooke Burnside, Sculpt by Emily founder Emily Tyson, and Comeback Cycle co-founder Natalie Gould. Together, they explored the interconnectedness of movement and strength across all aspects of life.
Following the panel, guests participated in a 30-minute Dance + Sculpt class, designed to energize and uplift, leaving everyone feeling their most confident. The event opened and closed with a soothing five-minute guided meditation led by Spiritual MC Amy Elias of On The Spot Consulting, providing moments of calm and reflection.
This year’s event supported The Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE), with board member and mommy influencer Mary Wassner, known as @DowntownChicMoms, on-site to raise awareness and accept donations for the organization.
The event was made possible by partners including Surfside, Tru, Golden Green Leaf Juice, Rumble Boxing, Scott’s Protein Balls, Topo Chico, Platedate, and Gorgie.
