An exclusive bagel club is coming to the Hamptons starting Memorial Day weekend. The epic bagel and schmear packages by @popupbagels are available by subscription and advance sale only — and sell out within minutes.
Owner Adam Goldberg has partnered with two local Hamptons kitchens and customers will pick designated times for pickup in the Hamptons to help assure the freshest experience. Goldberg opened the first location of @popupbagels in Westport, Connecticut this past winter. The popularity of the bagels skyrocketed and drew a huge fan base.
The bagels are created using a special blend of flours to create a lighter but crisper bagel that are appropriate in size and bring back the authenticity of a New York City bagel. @PopupBagels sells full dozens complete with weekly schmears that are created with local ingredients and artisan smoked fishes.
