O by Kissaki is re-opening their East Hampton location this season with a sensational new menu conceived by brand owner Garry Kanfer and developed by acclaimed Chef Chris Jaeckle (Ai Fiori, All’onda, Eleven Madison Park, Tabla). O by Kissaki serves a blend of Japanese and Italian cuisine commonly know in Japan as Itameshi. Many people who have traveled to Japan claim that it is where they’ve eaten the best Italian food mostly due to the care the Japanese chefs put into choosing their ingredients. Menu highlights include Wild Mushroom Truffle Donabe, Paccheri (wide noodle) with Peking duck, and Yaki/Griglia (grilled steaks and fish with a choice of sauces). Kissaki’s specialty Nigiri, Maki Rolls, Futomaki, and Sashimi created by Chef/Partner Mark Garcia will also be available. The exciting opening of O by Kissaki compliments the brand’s popular second location in the Hamptons — Kissaki in Watermill.
