CAKE brought its members-only shopping community to Southampton on July 31 for a summer afternoon with footwear brand Flabelus at the brand’s Southampton boutique.
Founded in 2024, CAKE is an invite-only shopping membership designed to give its community access to special perks from a curated roster of more than 120 fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. Members receive more than $12,000 in shopping credits to use on current collections, along with early access to drops, private sample sales, VIP perks, and exclusive experiences.
Hosted by CAKE co-founder Estelle Palandjian, the Southampton event brought together CAKE members and Hamptons guests for an afternoon of shopping, sweets, flowers, and wine.
One of the afternoon’s highlights came courtesy of Chopped champion Tara Khattar of Maison Tara, who created an eye-catching spread of uniquely flavored tiramisus alongside a floral-topped cake. Guests could also stop by the flower bar to create their own bouquets to take home.
Between desserts and arranging flowers, guests explored Flabelus’s collection of handcrafted flats, Mary Janes, and espadrilles while sipping Avaline wine. The colorful shoes and relaxed Southampton setting made for a perfect midsummer shopping break.
CAKE’s growing roster includes brands such as STAUD, Violet Grey, Hill House, Agua by Agua Bendita, Veronica Beard, and Splits59.
