‘Tis the season of love and of hard to get reservations. In honor of both, we’re letting you in on a little secret: what places are actually worth setting a Resy notify for this Valentine’s Day. Scroll through the list below of places that will have you falling in love not only with the person you’re dining with, but also with the amazing meal you’ll be enjoying this Cupid’s day.
Nick & Tonis
Celebrate your passion for love (and great food) all weekend long at Nick & Toni’s. From Friday the 16th to Sunday the 18th they will be offering a la carte dining and sweetheart specials for two. Plus, on the holiday itself, expect an amazing four course feast for $125. The only obstacle? Having to choose whether to order the Salted Caramel Pot de Créme or the Tartufo for Two for dessert.
Nick & Toni’s, 136 North Main Street at Cedar Street, East Hampton
Bistro Ete
Although there is no specific Valentine’s Day special at Bistro Ete, there doesn’t have to be for you to justify celebrating the 14th here. Chef Arie trained at Cordon Bleu and with dishes like Fish with Champagne Caviar Sauce, every meal will leave you in a daze (think heart eye emoji come to life). Oh, and did I note that you can actually bring your best friend and true love here to dine with you? No, I don’t mean your significant other, but rather your dog. Bistro Ete offers a Paw Course menu for dogs- appetizer, entre, and dessert all included!
Bistro Ete, 760 Montauk Hwy, Water Mill
Sant Ambroeus
When you think of where to eat for Valentine’s Day in the Hamptons, one of the places that likely pops into your head is Sant Ambreous. This place screams romance all year long, which means it really has to step it up this season. On Valentine’s Day, the team will be serving special Ricotta and Beet Ravioli along a White Chocolate Strawberry Dome for dessert. Seriously, could they be more in theme?
Sant Ambroeus, 66 Newtown Ln, East Hampton
Scarpetta Beach
Scarpetta Beach will also be stepping up their game this Valentine’s Day with a $160 prix fixe menu. Ocean views? Homemade pasta? Delicious Italian cuisine? Check, check, and check. Really, you may as well just tell people you’ve decided to jet off to the Amalfi Coast for this romantic meal.
Scarpetta Beach, 290 Old Montauk Hwy, Montauk
Cowfish
Cowfish is another place that doesn’t necessarily have a particular Valentine’s Day Deal, but with an event like Wine Down Wednesday every week, they don’t need to. Stop by on the 14th and take advantage of getting 50% off a bottle when you order two entrees, which just happens to be the perfect deal for you and a date!
Cowfish, 258 E Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays
Elaia Estiatorio
Given Elaia Estiatorio is founded by a husband and wife duo, you’ll be hard pressed to find a place that celebrates love more than this team. To prove the point, they have put together a special menu including an amuse bouche followed by a three course meal and a glass of sparkling Greek wine for $85 per person. Owners Chris and Sofia have already written about how for them, “the love of food is written in [their] DNA” and is the essence of Elaia, so you can expect a feast of love in every way possible.
Elaia Estiatorio, 95 School Street, Bridgehampton
Tutto Il Giorno
This place might have my vote for the most romantic Valentine’s dinner. Seriously, just saying the name out loud makes me feel some type of way. Both their Sag Harbor and Southampton’s locations are having special dinners for the holiday but, while both restaurants are offering “roses, romance, and music all week long,” their menus are different, so make sure you peruse each carefully before selecting your spot. Will you be swiping right on Southampton’s four course feast for $135 or Sag Harbor’s more casual menu with fewer options?

Callissa
Callissa has multiple specials this Valentine’s Day, all of which sound amazing. Not only can you add indulgent courses to your meal (whole lobster anyone?), but they are also offering a unique Champagne flight featuring Brut, Blanc de Noirs, and Rosé at $35 per person. If you think it couldn’t get any better, you can also opt to dine at Calissa Chalet, their aprés-ski inspired lounge, where you’ll be able to sip on a glass of Champagne, while enjoying Chocolate Fondue for $35 per person or select a Glass of Greek Bubbles and Chocolate Covered Strawberries for $25 per person. Name a more romantic experience — you simply can’t.
Calissa, 1020 Montauk Hwy, Water Mill
Topping Rose House
Jean-George at Topping Rose House is, not surprisingly, a must add option for where you should consider dining this Valentine’s Day. Every meal here is an experience, I mean, with farm-to-table cuisine and ingredients from local farms and orchards, how could it not be? Perhaps just use this holiday as an excuse to treat yourself and a plus one and finally splurge on enjoying a meal here, because if pampering yourself with amazing food isn’t true love, what is?

The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn
The 1770 House has been open and catering to the Hamptons crowds almost as long as Cupid has been matchmaking. The intimate setting lends itself to a romantic dinner out, as does their Beef Tenderloin Chateaubriand for Two. This Valentines they will be serving a three course feast for $95 that sounds like the perfect aphrodisiac to have you asking for both the check and a room upstairs once you’re done.
