On Bermuda’s southeastern coast, The Loren at Pink Beach sits above one of the island’s most beautiful stretches of shoreline. The five-star hotel brings a contemporary perspective to Bermuda hospitality, matching clean-lined architecture with oceanfront living, modern art, and direct access to a private pink sand beach.
The property has earned a MICHELIN Key, a recognition that places it among the standout hotel stays in Bermuda. With 45 oceanfront suites, private villas, and The Residence — a magnificent six-bedroom private home set on 5.5 acres adjacent to the resort — The Loren offers guests both luxurious accommodations and privacy.
This season, The Loren is giving travelers another reason to visit Bermuda. The resort has brought back its annual “Guest Chef Series” and introduced Shio, a limited-time Nikkei pop-up that blends Japanese technique with Peruvian flavor. Together, they place food at the center of the experience and position The Loren as one of the island’s most compelling culinary destinations.

A DESIGN-LED RESORT
The hotel has the feeling of a private home set at the edge of the Atlantic. A 3,000-volume library brings warmth and texture to the interiors. The bar feels like a fresh take on a members’ club, while The Pink Beach Club keeps the experience relaxed and open-air. In the lobby, a floating spiral glass staircase adds a dramatic architectural moment without distracting from the tranquility of the space.
Throughout the property, the design keeps a strong connection between indoors and out. Terraces, glass walls, and open-air dining spaces keep Bermuda’s pink sand and turquoise water in view.
Art is central to the property. Each guest room features a large-scale photo diptych of the coastline along Pink Beach. Public spaces include works by artists such as Tony Feher, Nancy Rubins, Mark Dion, Cornelia Parker, and Wolfgang Laib, among others. Many works in the collection were commissioned specifically for the resort.
Music also shapes the atmosphere. The Loren’s soundtrack was developed by Dan Williams, one of London’s leading DJs, with playlists designed to shift throughout the day.

THE POOLS AND BEACH
The Loren has two heated pools, one for families and one for toddlers, both set above the Atlantic. Four poolside cabanas offer private space for the day, with attendants available for pool bites, chilled drinks, and anything needed between swims.
Just below the pool deck is one of Bermuda’s famous pink beaches. The water here is calm and clear, protected by reef and edged by rose-colored sand. Guests spend the day swimming, snorkeling, walking the shoreline, or returning from the beach to the pool for lunch and cocktails. The scale of the property keeps the experience personal.

THE SUITES, VILLAS, AND RESIDENCE
The hotel’s oceanfront suites open onto beautiful private terraces, with clean, modern interiors, marble bathrooms, and walk-in rain showers.
For guests seeking more space, the one- and three-bedroom villas offer a private version of the resort experience. Some open onto garden terraces, while others include private pools. Interiors are contemporary and calm, with marble bathrooms.
Set on 5.5 acres adjacent to the resort, The Residence is a six-bedroom waterfront home that spans 10,700 square feet and has its own private beach, tennis court, pool, chef’s kitchen, media room, covered bar, outdoor kitchen, and poolside verandas with ocean views. Guests have privacy and space while remaining close to The Loren’s restaurants, spa, pool, and beach club. For families or groups traveling together, it offers the feel of a private Bermudian home with the services of a five-star resort.

A CULINARY SEASON
Launched in 2021, the resort’s “Guest Chef Series” has become one of Bermuda’s most anticipated culinary programs, bringing celebrated chefs to the island for immersive weekends centered on tasting menus, collaborative dinners, cooking demonstrations, and local ingredients.
The 2026 season brings a wide-ranging roster. Esther Choi opened the series in June, followed by Nicholas Elmi, Jack Yoss, Tristen Epps, Dale Talde, and Paul Carmichael. The lineup spans contemporary American cooking, Asian American culinary storytelling, Afro-Caribbean cuisine, and Caribbean fine dining. The team works with a variety of fishermen and small-scale farmers to source the best ingredients for the resort’s restaurants.

SHIO BY THE LOREN
The newest addition to the season is the sensational Shio, a limited-time Nikkei pop-up that opened on June 18 and will run through early fall. The concept brings Japanese and Peruvian techniques together through a menu focused on fresh fish, raw preparations, and bright, layered flavors.
Shio offers sushi, sashimi, ceviche, and tiradito, along with vegetarian and vegan dishes. It is a natural fit for The Loren, where the ocean is always present and the best meals begin with what is available close by.
The cocktail program was developed to match the style of the food, with tequila, pisco, and sake worked into the menu. A selection of white wines, rosé, and Champagne rounds out the list, keeping the experience celebratory without making it feel formal.

THE PINK BEACH CLUB AND MARÉE
Marée is the resort’s signature fine-dining restaurant, with a seasonal menu rooted in local ingredients. The room offers a more polished setting for dinner and reflects the hotel’s broader culinary focus.
The Pink Beach Club offers a more relaxed open-air experience, with seafood, cocktails, and views of the water. It is the kind of setting that works throughout the day, from a long lunch after the beach to an easy dinner overlooking the Atlantic.
Marée Lounge adds another venue to the property. By day, it is a quiet space for guests and members, with games, seating, and room to linger. In the evening, it shifts into a more polished lounge with cocktails and bites such as lobster spring rolls and tuna tacos.
A WELLNESS SANCTUARY
The Sisley Spa is a must-visit while staying at The Loren. The spa brings Sisley’s Phyto-Aromatic treatments to Bermuda, using essential oils, plant extracts, massage rituals, and personalized techniques for the face and body.
Treatment rooms feel connected to the sea and light outside, while the relaxation lounge opens to ocean views. The resort also has a 24-hour fitness center and is home to Salt Yoga Bermuda, offering group and private sessions.

WHY WE’LL COME BACK
The Loren at Pink Beach gives Bermuda a modern luxury address while embracing the irresistible beauty of the island. This season, the return of the “Guest Chef Series” and the opening of Shio add a new wonderful reason to visit. The design is refined, the scale is intimate, and the cerulean ocean stays ever present from morning through night.
