For breakfast and brunch, we recommend its freshly made juices and smoothies, outstanding poached eggs, Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame. Pierre’s gourmet market next door offers sensational fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, croissants, pastries, Illy coffee, and homemade ice creams that can be purchased to go. The market recently opened a charming second location on Sagg Main Street in Sagaponack.
